Get Involved in Local Government!

The County of Santa Clara and almost every city in Santa Clara County has BOARDS and/or COMMISSIONS that enable citizens to provide advice and input into policies and issues affecting the county or municipality. Citizens must apply for the positions when they become open and be appointed.

If you feel it’s time for some “normal” people to get involved in our government, there are many volunteer opportunities within your local city or county government.
