What is KILLING AMERICA?
Antisemitism, Racism, Class Warfare,
Pedophilia, Transgenderism, Down with the Patriarchy, Tax the Rich!
What do these all have in common?
What happened in southern Israel on October 7th shook the world in many ways. Most of us never imagined that the ripple effects would reach our public high schools right here in America, but they did and what they revealed was a shockingly strong current of antisemitism among teachers, students, and staff.
This comes after years of anti-white and anti-Asian hate. Where was this tribal hatred coming from, especially after 60 years of diversity efforts that promised us unity?
This explosion of antisemitism in Bay Area High Schools after Hamas attacked Israel is what drove film maker Eli Steele to do a deep dive investigation, and the documentary Killing America is the result.
Eli Steele is an award-winning filmmaker and “Killing America" is his latest documentary. A graduate of Claremont McKenna College and Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy, Steele’s career highlights include "What Killed Michael Brown?" which premiered to the #1 spot for Amazon documentaries, “How Jack Became Black,” “What’s Bugging Seth,” winner of ten film festivals, and “Katrina,” an MTV Network Breakthrough Filmmakers Award pilot.
After the film, he’ll be joined by an expert panel to discuss various forms of hate, what drives it, and what are the goals of the perpetrators in creating this hatred.
Panelists will include filmmaker Eli Steele, neurologist Dr. Diana Blum, who describes her daughters’ experiences at school in the film, and founders of Every Black Life Matters Kevin McGary and Neil Mammen, who will discuss today’s forms of hatred being pushed on society.
