Car-jackings, retail smash & grabs, unprovoked stabbings, druggies shooting up in broad daylight, and very few of our neighborhoods are untouched by those overnight car break-ins. Yet our elected officials are telling us everything is under control and any thievery that happens is only because the thieves need bread. What’s the truth? And how can we fix it?
